Creative Exchange  and Harvesting Ideas together with You

Your Partner in Corporate Communications & Agribusiness Recruitment.

Our marketing consultancy was established in March 1998. Liam De Paor and his colleagues work with an independent team of professionals -these include an award-winning copywriter, a talented designer and a nationwide team of specialist photographers. We could be your ideal partner in marketing communications.

So whether it’s a product launch or a new appointment, a redundancy programme or loss of business- timely and targeted communications will help your business to improve profitability, enhance its reputation and brand image. If you need some good advice or specific assistance to enhance your customer or client communications you need look no further.

We have one of the top 1% most viewed LinkedIn profiles (almost  17,500 connections), over 2,750 followers on Twitter and almost 3,000 phone connections.

We also write creative content for brochures, ezines, newsletters and websites. After investing in a new website or updating your current website it is important to refresh the content.

The importance of creative content lies in its ability to attract and retain attention, differentiate from competitors, and build trust with audiences by providing memorable and emotionally engaging experiences that encourage action. After all most people will not make a repeat visit to an uninspiring website so you are losing potential business and new customers.

Liam De Paor’s career included employment with two Co-op societies in Tipperary and Galway as a technical advisor and General Manager respectively. He was also a director of Roscrea Bacon factor

Liam is a former chairman of the Mid West branch and served on the National Council of the Marketing Institute of Ireland. He is also a member of the Agricultural Science Association, Guild of Irish Agricultural Journalists, Public Relations Institute, Royal Ulster Agricultural Society and an Honorary Life Member of Harper Adams Ireland.

The de Paor consultancy team has the experience and relevant contacts to help clients (100+ to date) optimise the marketing of products/services, to improve their corporate image or to recruit top-class personnel.

Clients also use our services to do an audit of their marketing expenditure and to make cost-effective recommendations on how their investment can be improved. We can also produce top-class artwork, brochures, newsletters, posters etc. using independent designers, photographers, producers and printers.

Other activities include advice on customer relationships, event management, public & business representations, market research, specialist training/recruitment (40+ clients to date), sponsorship arrangements and social media.

We have arranged cost-effective adverts and commercial features for clients on radio and in the print media. We also represent the PR interests of clients at exhibitions in Britain and Ireland.

We have done work for/with satisfied Irish and multinational clients in the following sectors:
Agri-Food Business, Charities, Construction and Property, Commercial Publications and Consultancy Firms, Equipment and Machinery, Information Technology, Public Service, Professional & Trade Associations.

As regards trade associations we have worked with three Presidents of both the Agricultural Science Association and the Agricultural Consultants Association. We have also done PR work and recruitment for cattle and societies such as the IHFA, Charolais, Hampshire Down, LImousin and Texel.

We also recruit/train management, marketing, sales and technical personnel in the Agri-food business & SME sector.

Clients are assured of a personal & confidential service using advertising, our database and discreet contact with suitable candidates. We have a good relationship with educational institutions in Britain (e.g. Harper Adams University) and Ireland (Queens, UCD, Dundalk IT, Tralee IT, Waterford IT etc.) so we can access quality graduates and qualified personnel. We also assist clients with positive recruitment PR pre or post-appointment, advice on employment contracts, remuneration packages and training.

Our rural base makes us more cost-effective than urban consultants who have little expertise in this sector. By availing of our services, you can minimise the involvement of busy Management personnel in a time-consuming activity- we publicise the vacancies in a cost-effective manner, process cv’s, arrange interviews, look after communications, check references, arrange psychometric tests etc.
