Our client based in the greater Longford area is recruiting a Trainee Manager/Sales Executive for their well-established Agri Nutrition & retail business which has an annual turnover of approx. €8m Reporting to the Manager, (s) he) will have some responsibility for the Agri yard /store sales and for technical sales support for animal Nutrition products, additives & premixes. A knowledge of Ruminant and Pig production is desirable as is a keen interest in animal health and nutrition.

Sales experience or the ability to sell to livestock farmers is also essential.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills

• B.Agr.Sc degree or a related discipline is desirable.
• A passion for delivering sales and excellent customer service.
• A good knowledge of all Agri and hardware sectors.
• Strong communication, Merchandising & IT skills and a team player.
• Results orientated with a keen commercial acumen.
